Each player may hold only one active laki91 account. Registering multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact method. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

• You are responsible for keeping your laki91 login credentials strictly confidential. laki91 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone.
• All activity conducted through your account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is deemed to have been conducted by you and you accept full responsibility for it.
• You must notify laki91 immediately via live chat or the support email if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

• Account details including name and date of birth cannot be altered after KYC verification has been completed, as they form part of the verified identity record.

The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT. Deposits: Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your laki91 account within minutes. Bank transfer deposits via HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank may take up to one business day depending on the sending institution's processing times. laki91 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. First-time withdrawal requests require full identity and age verification before processing. Once KYC is approved, standard withdrawals are processed within 24 to 72 hours. laki91 reserves the right to request additional documentation for large withdrawal amounts. Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method that has been used to deposit into the same laki91 account.

• Deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• laki91 reserves the right to reverse a deposit and return funds to the originating payment method if AML or fraud concerns are identified.
• Chargebacks initiated against laki91 without prior dispute resolution engagement will result in immediate account suspension and may be referred for fraud investigation.

laki91 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. These Terms & Conditions provide the general framework applicable to all bonuses; promotion-specific pages provide additional conditions that take precedence where they conflict.

• Bonuses are credited to your Bonus Balance and are subject to wagering requirements that must be completed before any withdrawal of bonus funds or associated winnings is permitted.
• Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount only. Real Money Balance deposits are not subject to wagering requirements and may be withdrawn at any time after KYC verification.

Sports Betting: In-play cricket bets — including PSL markets and international T20I, ODI, and Test match markets — are settled in accordance with official match results as confirmed by the relevant governing body. laki91 uses official data providers for in-play market updates. In the event of data error, laki91 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the stake.

• Scraping, crawling, or automated harvesting of odds, content, or data from laki91 is strictly prohibited without prior written authorisation.

Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, and third-party service disruptions may affect availability. laki91 is not liable for any loss of winnings, data, or opportunity arising from platform downtime or technical malfunctions, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

laki91 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or the KYC process.
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8.
• Suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity in connection with the account.
• Regulatory or legal requirement to restrict access to specific jurisdictions or individuals.
• A court order or instruction from a competent regulatory authority directing account closure.

Upon account closure for breach of these Terms & Conditions, laki91 reserves the right to forfeit any Real Money Balance and Bonus Balance held in the account where permitted by applicable law and where the breach involves fraud, AML violation, or identity misrepresentation. In all other cases, any verified real money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via the most recently used payment method following standard KYC clearance.

A player may voluntarily close their laki91 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any verified real money balance will be returned following KYC completion.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which laki91 holds its internationally recognised gaming licence. The version number and last-updated date displayed at the top of this page reflect the currently operative revision.
